HELP NEEDED!!! CloseOrder question

When I close part of a ticket, a new tick number is generated. How do I get the new ticket number associated with the old ticket?

the only thing that is kept on new ticket from the old ticket is a magic number.

new ticket has an old ticket number somewhere in the comment. So comment is being garbled on the new ticket too.

If it's the only active ticket with the specific magic number you can find it by going over magic numbers of active tickets: OrderSelect(...).
