Championship----double lot size with using OrderCloseBy()

I am using OrderCloseBy() in my expert to reverse existing position.

To have an open position of 5lots - (max. permitted for Championship) I need to send an order of double size -10 lots ( 5 lots- will close existing position

and other 5 lots will stay open in opposite direction).

Is it possible ( legal) for championship to use 10 lots size if I use OrderCloseBy() ??????

or

I have to use 5 lots only and my open position will be 2.5lots???
