Detect a trade when it's opened
OrdersTotal - Trade Functions - MQL4 Reference changes when "trades are placed" or closed. "Manually" is irrelevant.

Is there a way to detect when a trade has been opened with the standard MT4 single click buttons?
I've looked through the documentation and can't see anything that relates to when trades are placed manually.
A bit of code to show me how or a pointer to where I can find out will do nicely
