  1. "Ctrl-T" Opens and closes the "Terminal" sub-window. You can also do this by clicking on the "Terminal" icon in the main Toolbar or from the "View" menu.
    http://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/overview/toolbars/toolbars_standard
  2. Double-click, the Trend-line to select it, then Right-click for a list of options, including the "Delete" option. You could also just hit the "DEL" key after selecting it, but make sure you don't have more than on item selected or you could end up deleting a whole bunch of them.
You can also use the "List of Objects" to delete objects: http://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/chart_management/charts_control/charts_objects_list

Also, when in doubt, try to read the documentation (F1 from MetaTrader) - http://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help

  1. No. There is no default value for Stop-Loss or Take-Profit. To do that you will have to use an EA.
  2. Yes. Just open multiple charts. Each one can be a different symbol or time-frame or be the same symbol or time-frame as another chart.

Take some time, and read the the documentation from beginning to end in order to familiarise yourself with MetaTrader.

Just press F1 from the application or view the older online version: http://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help
