Ping results are different when running EA

When I running my EA in MT4 platform, server ping results becomes high. After I remove the EA, then results become very low (about 5 times, please look at attachments). Is it normal? Or do I implement or set something wrongly?
It seems like your EA is "badly" coded and consuming too many resources (especially CPU)! The most common reason is when EAs do heavy processing on every tick, when most of the time, it is only necessary to process data on the new bar opening.
