You won't find Rankings here. All you will find are a 5 Star Ratings given by public votes on each of the Code Base or Market publications and the same for Signals.
Do a Google search and you will find independent Reviews and Tests of some non-Market Commercial EAs, but in my opinion most of those sites are sponsored and the results biased.
I don't believe you will find any "Central Bank" of Rankings, Reviews or Tests for the thousands, if not millions, of EAs out there!
