Reading contents of Email

Hello

could any one please show me a way to read the contents of an Email file which is received by terminal. when ever a new email comes a file is saved by terminal but the contents seems to br encrypted. I receive news by those emails and whant to use those news in my algorithms.

MQL4 has no functions for the email programming.

I know that there is no way to deal with contents of emails in MQL. but emails are saved in files in Email directory. I want to read their content with a C++ dll. I meant how to inerpret binary data inside those files.
