Help to draw horizontal high/low line for every last 7 hours

This forum is mainly for coders, experienced coders helping those who are learning.

There is no section for free coding.

You are within your rights to request free coding here, but I, personally will discourage it because I don't want to see this forum suffer with the inevitable deluge of requests where those actually trying to learn get their enquiries lost in a sea of posts from people wanting free code. 

I totally understand you but I will be glad if you can use your spirit of magnanimity to help solicit the attention of other coders to look into this topic. This will be the last time I will solicit things like this on this platform

You have only three choices: Search for it, learn to code it, or pay someone. We're not going to code it FOR you. We are willing to HELP you when you post your attempt (using SRC) and the nature of your problem.
