long candles 15 minutes

Hello to all, for about two months I discovered the world of binary operations. I downloaded MT4 and I tried to understand the workings of the candles. I noticed that often after a candle long the trend will change within 15-20 minutes. Taking a currency as an example, this happens at a rate of 60-70% of ITM a week.

This happens if you enter every time appears a long candle.
In some cases, however, it happens that some long candles produce an OTM.
What I want to know is this, there is an indicator or system that is able to
filter results OTM?

ITM = In The Market, OTM Out of The Market (also, not asked, but ATM in this case means At The Market)
 
I think going with a trend is far better than predicting a reversal, when u clearly see that the bulls outweigh the bears, even doing a 1 or two step martingale also makes it highly likely that you win atleast one of them... it is foolish to go short when you see that the bulls outweighed the bears on the previous candle, that would be called hoping & speculating if we expect a reversal after a strong bull candle... always respect what market tells
