Undocking/ detaching charts in Metatrader 4
I think this is not possible.
IBFX used to provide a free script for undocking charts. Required MT4iConnect.dll. Have a google for it - it may still be around and working.
If you're prepared to pay, google for floating charts.
No idea what either solution is like.
