problem with offline charts on Activetrades

Hi all, I'm using Renko Live Charts v 3.2 to work with my Renko charts.
This expert works good with Alpari, now I just opened a demo account with Activetrades.
When I set the expert on a M1 graph, I obtain the usual "open offline EURUSDM2 to wiew chart". The problem is that I don't find the chart in the offline folder.
I checked the expert options but I seem everything is ok, where coud be the problem?
