Anchor Points on Mt4 charts
First make sure that Auto scroll is de-selected
If you still can't see the triangle then it is probably because it doesn't stand out against the background colour.
Open chart properties (F8)
In the colors tab, the third one down alters the grid colour
Adjust this to a colour that stands out against the chart background colour

Need help please - I see various charts where anchor points are being used when changing TimeFrames.
These are supposedly on the Bottom left of chart & /or Top Right.
Can anyone tell me how to make these visable please - I have tried locating them but no luck. Cheers
