access violation errors in mt4....

With a custom EA that has been written, I am getting access violation errors:

Access violation read to 0x00000048 in 'D:\IC Markets 2 FXT\MQL4\Libraries\!CT APAMI 3.2.dll
Access violation read to 0x00000000 in 'D:\IC Markets 2 FXT\MQL4\Libraries\!CT APAMI 3.2.dll
Access violation read to 0xFFFFFF54 in 'D:\IC Markets 2 FXT\MQL4\Libraries\!CT APAMI 3.2.dll

 These errors occur almost immediately after the ea is started on a chart or is started in the tester.

Please note that the EA with dll in question works fine on the programmers laptop (Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) and a vps server with Win2008 R2 sp1, 64 bit.  It loads and works fine in both backtest and live modes. So we suspect that it could be my laptop's windows installation that is either missing a dll or is corrupted in some way.  But I tried 3 different terminals to isolate the issue and the bug is the same.

Any suggestions as to how to eliminate these bugs or what the access violations could mean?

when want to load dll  in MT4 on both win 7 64 bit and vps win 2008 server

some time it work fine most of time it doesnt

i cant find problem
