I want to deposit funds directly into my MetaTrader acct. Can I do this

or do I have to transfer funds from my TradeStation acct.?

If you are talking about your trading account: NO such thing, MetaQuotes is not a broker. You are using the MetaTrader platform to trade your broker account.
