Dropdown box for input values

I'd like to make my timeframe value show up as a list so I don't need to recompile every time I change time intervals.

Is this possible? I believe it is but I cannot track down the necessary documentation.
 
I don't believe MQ made a list option for input values, as they did with some built in indicators, like moving average, but it would have been nice.
 
I don't think it's possible either.
 
Looking at the Moving Averages indicator code, there's nothing that shows the dropdown list seen in the indicator settings.

It's not like people will suddenly bankrupt all MT brokers if they could restrict user input for external variables. Annoying but I guess I'll deal with it.
