What is not true ? You reported it firstly about build 625.

Terminal: Changed functionality of Expert Advisors button to AutoTrading. Now, all Expert Advisors receive all events meant for them (Tick, Timer, ChartEvent) regardless of the button's status, like in MT5. The status of AutoTrading button affects only performance of OrderSend, OrderModify, OrderClose and OrderDelete trading functions.
What I said is the behaviour of "AutoTrading" button has been changed. Before build 625 it totally disable the running of EA, starting from build 625 it disable trading functions only, and bug of 625 was corrected in 628.
Wonder why you guys have this problem on 625 .. I am using 625 and it works like it should. Even if I press Ctrl+E.
