Can't place an order

HI,

I can't place an order for some reasons.

I press the button to place it, nothing.

I right click>Trading> New order. nothing.

Please can enyone tell me what i can do???

I can place a one click trading order but not a normal order.

what can i do???

If you can place a one-click order, then you are connected.

Can you give some details about your issue with "normal" order ?

 

For example if i right click>trading>new order. nothing happens.

No new window opens where i can add the stop loss.

It's strange. Can you check the Journal tab in Terminal window to see if there is any error message ?
 

I know. In the Journal tab theire are no error messages. But i need to place my stop loss. what can i do??? ^^

Which OS and MT4 build are you using ?
