Contact the owner of the source code ad ask them for it.  Do you have a legal right to have access to the source code ?

 

Actually no, and i don't know how i can get the legal right....

Do you know if is there any mq4 indicator have the same reaction in the chart.

You need to contact the author/owner of the source code.

I've no idea what the Indicator does, I don't use Technical Indicators. 

 
IV Jempol is good and thanks for the heads up, it look like it is an RSI (period 8) 50 line Crossover if you are coding yourself with no filtering for slow moving (ranging) markets, Only use for forex and timeframes higher than 5 Mins. Not suitable for 1minute and 5 minute Binary trading. Adding the Chaikin volatity indicator (or any other Volatility indicator such as Standard Deviation) to IV Jempol gives good results.
