Transaction Log

I trade threw FXDD and I’m looking to generate a transaction log at the end of each trading day that gives me a log of all trades in addition to this information: Previous Ledger Balance, Closed Trade P/L, Deposits/Withdrawals, Balance, Floating P/L, Total Credit Facility, Equity, Margin Requirement, and Available Margin. FXDD generates these for us but only on days that we close trades for accounting purposes we need these reports everyday to show outstanding positions and their floating P/L. One of our other guys talked to a guy at the FXDD desk and he said we can generate these reports ourselves but I can seem to find out how. Can anyone help me out?
