programmer help to write very basic mq4 file
Hi, i need someone to write me a file that will simply place a solid red line on
the london open (3am ET) and the US open (9am ET) for the entire history
of the data.

Exellent aproach to programming. I need exactly the same solution. Nobody from Metaquotes knows how to explain it.
