What Does It Mean ?

MT4 used to add a "[tp]" to the comments when my trades reached their limit. Now, when they reach their limit, it adds "[tp/a]". The person on the phone at my broker doesn't know

-- she claims it is my EA putting it in :)

Just curious: Is this a change you made at metaquotes or is this a change my broker made on their server?

Does it mean something, is tp/a different than tp?

Thanks

Call her back and tell her that I said she is an idiot.

The Broker adds the [tp] or [sl] now they are adding [tp/a]

  1. You can NOT change the comment with mql4, only set it in the original OrderSend()
  2. Some brokers do NOT change the comment, some brokers DO change comments, including complete replacement.

It sure looks different. Did you use EA? tp/a, that 'a' stands for "automated".

My guess.

You should have ask the lady, in the first place.
