How do we interpret the connection status and what is the optimal connection speed for news trading?

Dear all,

Please advise us on the following questions.

1) I have this connection status in MT4 5243/2 kb. What does 5243 mean? What does 2 mean?

this numbers it's not about speed it's data that sent & received from/to the server

2) the speed u need is a speed that must people can't afford to pay
