Variables that are not deleted with terminal shutdown

Can you please advise if exist in MQL4, type of variables that are NOT deleted with Client Terminal shutdown or PC shutdown. Answer can be in russian as well.

Global Variables, Global variables are kept in the client terminal within 4 weeks since the last access, then they will be deleted automatically
