How can I get MT to execute signals from my signal service?

I use a signal service but the problem I have is i cant be at my computer 24/7. Is there a way i can take my signals sent to me via email, sms, or website and have MT execute them?
Do i need a special program or can it be done through a script? Any info would be very helpful.
