Is there any way or sites that publish news as a format that i can input them in my EA?

in other word is there any alerts that i can use it in my program?

 
there exists an indicator: search for ffcal. Maybe you can somehow use it directly (either with iCustom() or by reading the objects it puts onto the chart) or you can dissect its code to learn how to access the ff news feed.
 
Download the news information using http-get functions. Here's somewhere you can start.
