Searching the forum question

Can the forum be searched by exact phrase? I know somewhere I saw an article on ticket numbers being modified and that the answer included "split from". If I search for split from, I get every article that has the word from in it (which seems to be about 90% of the available articles). I would like to only get articles that have the exact phrase "split from" in them.
