A company recently offerd to do it for me for 690 euros plus 300 quid for a risk management - I think that is too expensive.
I am willing to pay a reasonable price, but not 690!!

Your title says "help me" That means you are doing the coding and want some free help.
No slaves here, either learn to code or pay someone.
If that offer was too much, go find another.

like I said do I need help to program my trading set up.
I would describe it as a relatively simple program:
everytime the Moving Average crosses the chart a buy or sell order will be executed.
I trade the EUR/USD and use the line chart for better representation.
If there are any questions feel free to ask.
