However, the chart creates a candle based on the time period we choose but I need to create candle on the basis of price. For example a candle should complete as soon as it moves 2 points or 3 points etc.

You're thinking of Renko charts, or Constant Range Bar Charts.

Option one, search for "Constant Range Bar" find the versions that make offline charts and put the EA on one of those. (Additional steps required for testing)

Option two, have the EA internally create CRBs. All indicators must be made internal to the EA and you can't see them on the chart. PM me if you want the code.
