Feature Request: Scaled Charts

In chart options, there is the ability to fix the scale as it currently is set or to
fix the chart scale at 1 pip vertical for 1 bar horizontal.

Certain tools, the ellipse, for example, work better on a chart with a fixed scale.

The 1:1 setting is not very useful at higher time frames, as the chart becomes too tall to use.

My request is for the user to be able to input a set scale factor, such as 4:1, 16:1, etc., which would be useful
for charting longer time frames.
