Registration to Automated Trading Championship 2006 is opened!

I find it hard to believe that a fully automated system can make any money at all - which I guess is the point of the competition! Are there any examples of a basic system that's even a little bit profitable in eur/usd?

Maybe someone could help me with something. What time zone does demo.metaquotes. net:443 belong to. The system I would like to submit needs rather rigid observation of time (in correlation with GMT).
