Can someone publish the algorithm as to how the lots are divided over multiple accounts when you select lot allocation "on equity ratio" ?

Can someone please help with this as I am experiencing problems with cascading orders over multiple accounts.
Example:
Say I ahve 5 accounts that have total balance of 35k. I use 2% risk so that is $700
I work out how many lots based on stop size and $700 risk and come up with x lots.
I enter x lots into the trade window and find that one or more accounts have 0 lots allocated when using "on equity ratio".
If I work out the trade size on the individual account it have enough to put on say 0.01 micro lots.
Why is this not allocating order lots as per a single account?
What is the algorithm used so I can better understand what is going on?
