help! the second chart

is there any good reason why mt4 doesnt have the option to use tick chart as a main chart ? it doesnt make sense to me that mt4 is capable of generating the small tick chart and yet there is no option to have that as a trading chart, it would make creating a scalping EA so much easier instead having to deal with bars that go up and down on the same spot
