Trying to download MQL4 book
I can download it no problem as a .chm file.
Assuming you manage to get it downloaded:
- On a Mac or iPhone, you can read it with iChm.
- On Windows you can either use the Windows Help utility or extract the .chm file to plain html using the following command
hh.exe -decompile foldername MQl4BookEnglish.chm (where foldername is the location you wish to extract to).

Maybe there is a problem with Windows permission to open it.
Open properties of MQl4BookEnglish.chm (please excuse me, I use the Russian version of Windows, but the buttons the same)
Press button on the Security options and you will open it without any problems:

I had the same problem with my windows Vista using ie7 but I have fixed it with Quantum's suggestion .

I want to learn how to do programming in the meta trader 4 platform. I tried to download the MQL4 book from the link below:

After downloading, there was no content in the book, I got a message saying navigation to the webpage was canceled. May I know how I can download the book?
