the best one is highly optimized with its optimized parameters hidden inside the DLL.
Do you guys remember Forex Shocker which when released it had optimization for
every month going back to 2006? The same is true with HiRider.
It is a marketing genius plot. FXCM are like pigs in heaven from all the people
that trade the EA there and the developers are busy counting all the cash
generated from the sales of the EAs.
They know we are backtesting this EA so they give us what we want.. a good backtest.

i once wrote a commercial robot seller if thier code is 'clean', that is, no cheat codes to show a better historical performance. they of course said it is clean. but i didnt buy it anyway as no one can guarantee htat is it 'clean'.
i even wrote USA regulatory bodies related to if they have way of 'certifying' robots for cleanliness. i havent received a reply. i guess i emailed a ghost.
Forex Robot World Cup looks interesting but at $1000 is expensive. I broke down and bought it. But I found a good "review" video at http://www.Fore xRobotWorldCupRe view.com They show you the backoffice of it and what you get its pretty interesting. I will report my results in a week or two.

When you say 'optimized parameters', what exactly do you mean? Do you mean that some periods have different 'non-configurable' settings, i.e., which are hardcoded into the program?
Help me in my quest. I'm trying to have the FRWC Fusion robot tested on the next forex robots competition atForex Robots - LIVE Account Trading Competition, I already recommended this EA to them, can you please do it too???
