what's the relationship betwen close[0] and ask or bid ?

Bid is the price the dealer is willing to pay you if you sell right now.

Ask is the price at which the dealer is willing to sell, right now.

The difference of those prices is spread.

close[0] is the latest price that made it to the chart, and normally is the same as Bid.
