Why is it that my "Strategy Tester" isn't calculating the entire date range I gave it?

Go to Tools -> History center or just press F2 and download the history data for currency pairs you need.
Ok, I figured it out...I had to go to Tools --> History Center and download the entire history from there!

I told the Strategy Tester to use the date range of 1994.01.01 to present and it always defaults to 2009.02.03 to present. Is there something that I'm missing?
