ERROR: cannot load external expert 'stdlib'

I just now start getting this error: cannot load external expert 'stdlib' when my EA tries to open an order. Sometimes it runs ok and sometimes I get this error. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Try to compile the stdlib.mq4 file in the MetaEditor.
