New Login for MetaTrader on second computer does NOT work, please advice

Can someone help me with this Login that does not work on the second install of MeatTrader ? asked for help several times and was ignored.

Try to change the password in the working MT and then use this pass to another.

The problem with that is the Original Master password is lost and is not displayed by the Platform. Any other sugestions?

Where is the support in this place? How do they expect to win new customers?

If it is a real account, call your broker support, if demo - forget and open new. It is your responsibility to save your pass.
