Updated client terminal MetaTrader 4 build 197:

1. Tester: changed the procedure for stops. First Stop Loss, and then Take Profit is checked. Very important at use of model "Open price only".
2. Tester: changed the memory allocation algorithm during optimization.
3. Tester: fixed charge of the commissions for CFD.
4. Tester: fixed a free margin control during pending orders activations.
5. Tester: fixed HTML-report creation.
6. MQL4: fixed errors of ex4-files optimizations.
7. MQL4: function StrToTime() now used the seconds too.
8. MQL4: fixed work of indicators on the user arrays, which change own size.
9. Improved work of the terminal via Data Centers.
10. Fixed error of scripts initialization at disconnection.
11. Updated the built-in help file.
