You need some error checking in your EA, there are some good examples on this site. Your losing percentage 89%, would be pretty hard to overcome with just a few minor tweaks.Maybe you want to think about a new strategy. 9% loss over three weeks seems high to me. |

Have you tried running it through Strategy Tester with the SP/TP optimized, maybe your SL or TP needs more room. I have not studied your rules to see if that is even possible, just a thought. If the optimize does not get you much better results. You might need to change the rules. You can make good money for example if your SL to TP ratio is 1:1 but your win ratio improves to 60%. Is it trading all day? Have you tried to optimize the hours traded?That usually gets me better results in testing, howerver I won't waste my time doing that if the EA is not already profitable. |

Thanks for the honesty, that is all I'm looking for!!!! I can't run this EA through a tester, since it's multi-time frames, the main timeframe is 1H, the upper is 4H, and lower(entries) are 30M & 15M. I understand your point, i think i need to test this EA with a 1:1 ratio, and see how many trades are winners? |
